I actually like the clothes, the style has that classic, put-together vibe, but using the website felt way more chaotic than I expected. Some pages loaded strangely, and the layout made browsing feel like I was trying to solve a small mystery instead of just shopping. For the prices, I really thought the whole experience would feel cleaner and more polished. It’s not a total disaster, but it definitely wasn’t great either

The shirt showed up looking pretty much exactly like the photos. No surprises, fit was fine, color was right. So yeah.

The stitching feels really solid, and the clothes just seem well put together. What more can you ask for?

I bought a shirt it’s really comfortable. Like, easy to wear all day without thinking about it. The fit was good too, which is always a relief. I’m taking off one star though because... yeah, the price is a bit high for what it is.

I do like a lot of the styles from Billy Reid, they’ve got that polished but not-trying-too-hard look, which I’m into. I ordered a shirt and it was definitely nice, but not $200 nice. For that price, I was expecting the fit to be a little more dialed in and the fabric to feel more special, if that makes sense. Shipping was totally fine, so no complaints there. I just don’t really feel like the value is there unless you catch something on sale.

My order from billyreid.com showed up packed really nicely, which I guess is the least you'd hope for at their prices, but still. The box was sturdy, the clothes were folded neatly, and nothing had any damage or weird smell. It actually felt like someone cared about how it arrived, which was a pleasant surprise. Simple detail, but I noticed it.

Well... I’ve worn this shirt a few times now and it still looks pretty much new. The fabric has a nice weight to it, the stitching looks clean, and overall it just feels solid. Definitely feels worth it.

I had an issue where my order confirmation never showed up, so I reached out to Billy Reid customer service by email. I wasn’t sure how long it would take, but they got back to me quickly and the response actually felt personal rather than like a generic copy-and-paste reply.
They were able to find my order, send over the details I needed, and stayed friendly throughout the whole exchange. It was a simple issue, but the way they handled it made me feel more confident about ordering from billyreid.com again...

I had to swap for different size and it was simple. The customer service helped me fast, and a return label came through quick too. Made the whole exchange way easier than I expected.

Just a warning to anyone on the fence: this Billy Reid jacket might ruin cheaper jackets for you. I’ve had mine for almost two years, and it still looks really good despite wearing it in the rain, dragging it through travel, and taking it on way too many nights out. The seams are still solid, and the fabric hasn’t gotten weird after cleaning. It’s definitely not cheap, but it’s held up better than most things I own.

I never really trust all the polished sizing talk companies put in their descriptions, but this one turned out fine. It fit just how I hoped, and there weren’t any weird surprises.

I was trying to order a couple of shirts from billyreid.com, but pretty much every size I needed was sold out. The site itself looks nice, well, really nice actually, but the inventory was a little frustrating. I checked back a few times and didn’t see much change, so I ended up buying from somewhere else. I just wish they were better about keeping the popular sizes in stock.

I ordered a few pieces thinking they’d show up in a reasonable amount of time, but then the waiting game started. At first I wasn’t too worried, but days kept passing and I barely got any updates, so I kept checking the tracking like it was going to magically change. When the package finally arrived, the clothes themselves were totally fine and pretty much what I expected. It was just the shipping experience that made it frustrating. if they had communicated better along the way, I probably wouldn’t have been nearly as annoyed.

I was kind of expecting the shirt to feel a bit more premium for what it cost, but i’m not sure it really did. After just one wash, the fabric felt thinner than I hoped and a little rough, which was disappointing.
The fit was fine, I guess, but it wrinkled quickly and didn’t seem to hold its shape that well. Maybe their other pieces are better, but for this one, I just didn’t really feel like it was worth the price...

I got my order a lot quicker than I thought I would and everything showed up fine, no problems at all, it was just a super easy experience and I was happy about it.
